In the current issue of Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics a group of Italian investigators headed by Giovanni Fava (University of Bologna) published a randomized controlled trial on psychotherapeutic treatment of cyclothymic disorder, a disturbance that is characterized by rapid alternation of mood swings.
