Web based registration has four modules:

Home Page: |
| It display the list of events number of students allowed to the events. Below It display events and number of participants when click on events any one of them events.php open it |

Student Registration |
| Select the name of college and enter event participant’s name and mobile number Then click save that will be save in database. If we want to add another one student means We just click Add another student button that display another one row for enter student Details. |

| Add Events to Students |
Display Events .php page allocate events and colleges and students ,if we select the college and then select the events that will be display related students and then saved in database. |

In this page is used to allocate events to students.Select the name of college and event participant’s name and mobile number Then click submit that will be save in database. |

Admin module : |
Admin Module has four divisions:

Login:

If we enter the valid username and password that allows to admin control panel otherwise not allow to
the admin panel that diplay error. |

College Registration: |
1. Register the college name , contact person, contact number, email . Then click submit button that will be stored in college table in db.

Add New Events: |
2. Admin may add the new events to the system by using this module. In that page add event name , maximum participate allowed to this events that are stored in event_list table in database. |

Lock Events: |
In this page is used to lock and unlock events. We will apply events for students if the event unlocked only otherwise not apply events to students. |
| Lock |
We select the event then click the lock option button. Then finally click the lock button that corresponding event would be locked.

| Unlock |
| If we want to unlock the event, just click the unlock button on the right corner of this page. It displays the all locked events . just click the unlock picture that event would be unlocked |
When selected any one of them dropdown box and selected lock option button than click lock that time lock key set in table like ‘N ’and then when click on unlock display all lock events.

College Report |
It displays the details about the college. Selected the college in dropdown box then related information will be display
College dropdown holds the list of colleges which are participated in events.If we select the particular college from the
dropdown that display the college name and college details as well as display the contact person name and mobile
number in the
the particular college.

| Event Report |
It display the details about the events. In this page displays the list of events in the web based registration system
if we select the particular event that display the participants detail who are competed in this event with college name.
