| Find below some screenshots which will help to understand the working of Timesheet |

| 1.LoginForm
|
- Only one Login form for both Employees and Admin.

- If you enter valid username and password, then display the next page as shown in No.3. Otherwise displays the message as shown in No.2

3.If you are valid user, allows entering timesheet entry. (if you logged in as ‘employee’ the below four menus only will be visible for you)
- Here,

- Take backup

| 3.1 Time Status Entry |

- Here,

- 1.Clicking the ‘Select Date’ link,it will pop up the calendar for choosing date.

- 2.Then click the button Hours spent. It allows the user to enter the status of the employees. See the below screen shot.

- These above projects are assigned to particular employee. Admin only can assign project to particular employee.
- Then click the save Time status button, it saves the employees time status entry to table

3.2 Report
|
- When you click report menu from menu header,

- You may view your all entry status here,

- Your short profile also displayed here,

| 3.3 Take backup |
- When you click Take backup menu,
-
- Two links are displayed,
-
- when you click the create backup database, it takes backup for your timesheet automatically
- When you click the Restore backup database that is restored again.

- Now we give this option for employees. I-e employees also can take database backup. If you want, made visible this option only for Admin.

Admin Section
- If you logged in as Admin, it will bring you to below page.

- After admin login , it displays the below page:-

- Below menus are available.

- Project Details

- Defaulter List
- Report

| Employee Details |

- The above page for adding new employee details.

- After entering all details in this page, click Save Details button.

- When you click the clear button, it clears all the values inside the textbox.

- While clicking Edit Employee details on the right corner of the above screen,
-
- We edit or change the existing employee details as shown as below:

| Here, you just click on the edit icon as shown in above screen shot, it opens the employee’s profile as shown below. You may update it. |

| After changing the details, just click the edit employee details button, then it display the message “Employee Details updated successfully” |

| Project Details |
- While click the project details, it displays the screen as shown below

- Admin assign the project to employees (more than one employee), or Allocate the project to employees

- After entering all the fields, click the submit button. It saves successfully.

In the above screen shot the top left most corners has the link ‘Edit Project Details’. Clicking the link will go to below page. There you update the project details. See the below screen shot. |

- Same as above employee time sheet entry process.
|
| Defaulter List |
Initially it displays all employee names; by clicking anyone date and clicking the ‘view list’ button it shows the list of employee names if employees not enter the time sheet in that particular date. See the below screen shot. |

| Report |
Clicking the ‘Report’ menu from menu header will shows the all employees time sheet status.

- -you may search the Time sheet report based on employee name, project name or project starting ending date. See the below screen shot. On the bottom of below screen shot it shows the ‘Total time spent’.

- We can also know the total time spent on particular project or particular employee.
